The old Sinbad films changed Kevin's life. After seeing the first one, he rounded up the neighborhood kids and led them on a great pirate adventure, creating monsters and epic sword fights. His yard became the neighborhood adventure park until puberty shut it down. \r\n\r\nYears later, he rediscovered adventure with travel. In Switzerland he harvested apples, ran a kibbutz bar in Israel, rode atop supply trucks as he crossed Africa, and lived in an abandoned house beside the Caribbean. Daily he spearfished lobster and barracuda on the Palancar reef. \r\n\r\nWhen Kevin returned to the US, he found adventure by creating it in novels. The stories he heard from a parent who worked in law-enforcement, about policemen and criminals, came to life in his fiction. Writing detective novels allowed him to once again create his adventure park. In every book the reader is strapped into a roller coaster they can't escape until the end. \r\n\r\nI have a new adventure due to launch in November.
